Our Process
Incoming raw material tested for botanical identity (macroscopic, microscopic, TLC), moisture content, ash content, and adulterants before extraction is authorised. We work with established supply sources across India's key botanical origins — known relationships, not spot purchasing.
Supercritical CO₂ extraction at precisely controlled temperature, pressure, and flow rate. Low-temperature processing preserves heat-sensitive actives. Zero solvent residue. Each batch run logged with extraction parameters for full traceability.
Every batch sent to accredited third-party laboratories for GC-MS analysis, active marker quantification (HPLC where required), heavy metal screening, pesticide residue analysis, and microbial count. Results issued as Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Complete export documentation compiled before shipment: GC-MS report, COA, MSDS, Certificate of Origin, and Proforma Invoice as applicable. Documents prepared to meet EU, USA, and Asia-Pacific import requirements.
Export-compliant packaging appropriate to the product and destination market. Shipment terms, incoterms, and logistics arrangements confirmed with each buyer. Full chain-of-custody documentation from extraction facility to point of export.
