Vantage Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2008 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, by Vipul Gupta — a first-generation entrepreneur with a background in marketing and nearly two decades of experience in the global organic food industry.
What began as a certified organic trading company — supplying soybean-based ingredients to buyers in the USA, Canada and Europe — grew into something far larger: a multi-country farming operation spanning India, Tanzania, Nigeria, Benin and Malawi, with subsidiaries in Nigeria, Benin and the Netherlands, and a field team of over 250 people.
Those operations have concluded. The experience they built has not.
The Founder
Founder & Managing Director
A first-generation entrepreneur from Jaipur, Vipul holds a Bachelor's in Commerce and an MBA in Marketing. He began his career working with leading names in the Indian organic food export industry before founding Vantage Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd. in 2008.
Over the next 18 years, he built Vantage from a single-product organic trading company into a multi-country operation spanning India, Tanzania, Nigeria, Benin and Malawi — with subsidiaries in Nigeria, Benin and the Netherlands, and a field team exceeding 250 people at peak.
His direct experience spans every link in the organic supply chain: farmer recruitment and training, grower group certification (USDA NOP, EU Organic, JAS), procurement, quality verification, processing, manufacturing, and B2B export to buyers in the USA, Canada and Europe.
He now leads Vantage's pivot into SC-CO₂ extraction and essential oil export — applying the same operational discipline, sourcing rigour, and buyer-first thinking that defined the earlier chapter.

The Pivot
This was never just trading. Vantage was built as a full backward and forward integration of the organic supply chain: identifying and recruiting farmers, training them in organic cultivation, managing certification processes (USDA NOP, EU Organic, JAS), procuring and processing the harvest, operating own manufacturing, and exporting directly to B2B buyers. Every link — owned, managed, documented.
Eighteen years of that work teaches you exactly what buyers value most: purity, consistency, documentation, and bioavailable actives. Steam distillation and crude extracts cannot always deliver on all four. SC-CO₂ extraction can.
Supercritical CO₂ extraction operates at low temperatures, preserves the complete chemical profile of the plant material — volatiles, semi-volatiles, and fixed compounds — and leaves zero solvent residue.
