How Custom Sourcing Works
Tell us your target application, desired active marker concentration, form (liquid, paste, powder), volume requirements, and timeline. The more context you share, the faster we can respond with a workable proposal.
We assess botanical availability, extraction feasibility, and target specification achievability. For standard botanicals, we can usually confirm within 48 hours. For new botanicals or unusual specifications, we may require a short sourcing assessment period.
A laboratory-quantity development sample is produced to your target specification and dispatched with full analytical documentation — GC-MS, COA, and active marker assay. You verify the specification before committing to commercial volumes.
Once the specification is approved, we finalise commercial pricing, batch sizes, lead times, and documentation requirements. Long-term supply agreements with batch reservation available for predictable demand.
